Some people fall into this industry – I married into it. My husband (Buddy McNeese) has been a financial planner for over 30 years, so for most of our life together, I’ve had a front-row seat to how financial advice can change lives. In 2024, I made it official and joined Frederica as the Office Manager, bringing my organizational skills, and obsession for detail to the table.
In this role, I handle behind-the-scenes admin and make sure our office runs smoothly. I support both our clients and the team, and I’m not satisfied unless things are done right and done on time. I’m precise, deadline-driven, and don’t let things slip through the cracks. That mindset comes naturally to me—but it’s also been sharpened by my other passion: ultra running. I’ve completed five 100+ mile races and train almost daily. There’s something about pushing your limits, solving problems mid-race, and staying focused under pressure that translates directly into how I approach life and work.
I was born and raised in Brunswick Georgia – fourth generation – and now live just across the bridge on St. Simons Island. I attended both coastal Georgia College and Armstrong State College before following another one of my passions to culinary school. The way I see it, whether you’re managing a kitchen or an office, it all comes down to structure, timing, and execution. That’s where I thrive!
I also serve as Treasurer on the board of the Golden Isles Track Club, a nonprofit company that promotes youth running and local trail development. Giving back through fitness and community is something I care deeply about.
